What we do
Platinum Incentives is a full service events organizer, specializing in incentives, conferences and teambuilding packages. We’re based in the Garden Route, nature’s playground at the bottom of South Africa and cover the area from Mosselbay to Tsitsikamma, from the mountains to the ocean.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Venue sourcing: need a special venue for your conference or company team building activity? On the beach, in the forest, on the train, in a castle or on top of a mountain… We’ll find your perfect venue;
- Transport logistics: your clients are flying in from all over the country, possibly from all over the world? And once they’re here they need to get from A to B? We’ll make sure they get to where they need to go, when they need to go there;
- Team building activities: need to work on the spirit? We’ve got the ‘playground’, we’ve got the ‘toys’, we’ll get them working together!;
- Accommodation: need a place to stay? We’ve got an extensive database of accommodation suppliers, from the basic to the most luxurious, for intimate get-togethers or large groups at a time;
- Pre- and post event management: want a special invitation? Want to say ’thank you’ afterwards? We’ll design, print, send, track and follow up…;
- Supplier procurement: looking for a magician or a motivational speaker? Fire dancers, African drummers or a swinging band? We source them, organize them, pay them; it can all be part of the package;
- Corporate gifts & branding: shirts, balls, wine coolers, bags? Something that will remind your guests of you long after they have gone home again? We source, organize, transport and distribute – on your behalf!
